Who is Taylor Quality Services LLC?

We are a virtual call center that partners with the Arise Platform to provide Fortune 500 companies with superior, professional customer service via our Client Service Professionals. 


What is a virtual call center?


A call center that handles inbound and/or outbound calls from customers from the comfort of their own home. It is not the conventional brick and mortar building.

Do you provide benefits and a 1099?

No, we do not offer benefits. Our Client Service Professionals, CSPs, are considered contractors or freelance agents. We do send 1099's if you made more than $600 for the year. 

Are there any fees?

Yes there are fees that are paid directly to the Arise Network, which include background checks ($7.95) and certification client fees (1x fee ranges from $10-$300). Taylor Quality Services charges $20 on the 1st and 15th of every month to cover the Arise Platform usage fee and administrative costs.


What does it mean to certify/certification?


Once you submit your resume to Taylor Quality Services you will go through a registration process in which you'll be able to determine which client you want to service. You will need to pay their fee, do any required assessments, fill out/agree to background and/or drug testing and then start the training process. Final exams and/or mock calls determine if you are certified to service that client.

What positions are available and what is the pay?

We offer part-time and full-time positions such as customer service, technical support, and sales. The pay is determined based on the client you choose to work with but it can range from $9/hr to $14/hr. You are in control of your own hours so you can work as little or as many hours as you want.. Most companies do have a minimum requirement of hours.  

What are the requirements of receiving the bonus?

The sign-on bonus is $25 and is awarded after the completion of the certification and at least 60 days of servicing. You can receive a $25 referral bonus for each person you refer to TQS LLC (they must complete certification and at least 60 days of servicing). 


Do you offer discounts?


We do not offer discounts but the Arise Network often offers promotions for their certification courses, etc.
